By renting any of our handcrafted custom statement pieces, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to keep our artisan collection beautiful and available for every special occasion.

 

 

Rental Period & Return Policy

 

Rental Period & Return Policy: Standard rentals are structured as a 4-day total window (which accommodates shipping, delivery, and a 24-hour wearing period for your event). All rented items must be shipped back or returned promptly by the final day of your rental window to avoid daily late fees.

 

Timely Returns: All rented items must be returned or shipped back promptly by the agreed-upon return time. Late returns may incur a daily late fee deducted from your security deposit or charged to your account.

 

Care & Handling: Because each piece features delicate wire-wrapping, natural gemstones (such as turquoise, coral, and freshwater pearls), or custom textiles, please handle them with care. Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and hairspray.

 

Damage & Loss Policy:  Normal Wear: Minor, expected handling from gentle wear is acceptable. However, the renter is fully responsible for any major damage (including broken wire, missing stones, severe bending, or permanent stains on textile pouches).

 

Repair/Replacement Fees: If an item is damaged beyond repair or lost during your rental window, you will be charged the full retail replacement value of the handcrafted piece.

 

Purchase Option ("Love It That Much?"): Fall in love with your rental? Many of our pieces are available for purchase. If you decide you'd

like to keep the item rather than return it, contact us immediately. Because you paid the full retail value upfront as your deposit, keeping the item means we will simply retain the full amount as your purchase payment, apply your rental fee towards the piece, and forgo the post-return refund.
